Jinhua ham is a type of cured ham produced in Jinhua city, which takes its name, in the province of Zhejiang, eastern China. Is highly regarded in Chinese cuisine, [1] and can be taken as stiff or used to season stews and broths to make many soups, which gives a unique umami taste. It is an important ingredient of the Buddha jumping over a wall.
